What we publish
Daily Wellness Pack covers practical health and wellness for everyday life. We focus on mental wellbeing, sleep, stress, habits, anxiety, and mindset.
We publish articles that give readers something concrete to take away. Opinion pieces, research summaries, practitioner perspectives, and personal experience pieces are all welcome provided they meet the standards below.
We do not publish:
- Product reviews or articles written primarily to promote a product or service
- Content that makes medical claims without appropriate caveats
- Articles already published elsewhere (we require first publication rights)
- AI-generated content submitted as original work
- Anything that contradicts established health guidance without strong sourcing
What we’re looking for
Length: 600 to 1,000 words. Longer pieces are considered if the subject warrants it.
Tone: Plain English. Written for an intelligent general reader, not a specialist audience. Avoid jargon. If a technical term is necessary, explain it.
Structure: One clear idea per article. A strong opening that gets to the point quickly. Subheadings to aid reading. A practical takeaway at the end.
Sources: Any factual claims should be sourced. Link to the original study or reputable publication, not a secondary summary.
Author bio: 50 words maximum. Name, relevant credentials or experience, and one link (your website or LinkedIn).
How to pitch
Email editor@dailywellnesspack.com with:
- A proposed title
- Two to three sentences on what the article covers and why it’s useful to our readers
- A link to two or three previous articles you’ve written
We respond to every pitch within five working days. If you don’t hear back, assume it wasn’t a fit.
We do not charge submission fees. We do not pay contributors. We offer a published byline, author bio, and one dofollow link back to your site.
What happens after acceptance
We may edit for length, clarity, and house style. We’ll share the edited version with you before publication. We do not change the substance of an article without discussion.
Once published, articles remain live indefinitely. We do not unpublish articles unless there is a factual error or legal reason to do so.
